$40/Night -Nightly (pull-thru or back-in, 50amp)*

$165/Week - Weekly (pull-thru or back-in, 50amp)*

Uncovered RV Full Hook-up space (30amp or 50amp) - $400/Month

Covered RV Full Hook-up space (30amp or 50amp) - $450/Month

*Includes up to 6 Guests (2 Adults & 4 children), 2 Pets, 1 RV, 1-2 vehicles depending on site

RESERVATIONS

Extra vehicle(s) beyond the 1 or 2 that fit in your site - $5/Night or $25/Month

Extra Person(s) above 2 adults: $35/month

Extra electrical fee: (E.G. outside chest freezer, appliances) $50/month

DISCOUNTS

$25 Referral Fee taken off following Month's Fee for referring another Guest

10% Military, DOD, and First Responders Discount on Nightly or Weekly (not applicable for recurring Monthly Fee)

cANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

  • Prices are all inclusive electric water sewer and trash.
  • All Refunds of payments made via Debit or Credit Card will be less the 3% Card Processing Fee.
  • No Refunds will be given for Cancellations made less than 7 days PRIOR to Arrival Date.
  • No Refunds will be given if you leave your Registered RV Site earlier than your scheduled Departure Date.
